At its core, evangelism means "sharing good news".
The word "gospel" itself translates to "good news", so biblical evangelism is sharing the gospel.

Despite the fact that the message of the gospel is the best news we can ever hope to hear, sharing it can present challenges. For example, with the bible being so full of good news it can sometimes be hard knowing where to start or what parts to focus on when attempting to introduce it to others.  

On top of this, in today's world, the gospel can often be misunderstood or even seen as offensive rather than something that is good which can feel disheartening.

As a result of challenges like these, many question often arise:

• What is the good news of the Bible?

• Why and how should I share it?

• How do I navigate misunderstandings about the gospel?

• What does it mean to live out my faith?

• Is evangelism something that's for every Christian?

Formation Ministries ​exists to help answer these questions both practically and theoretically. By partnering with the Holy Spirit, we aim to bridge the gap between hearing God's word and actively living it (James 1:22-25).
Our mission is to guide you in your discipleship journey as you pursue Christlikeness, helping you better understand Jesus' last and greatest commission whilst He was still on earth: to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit."
